I can’t sit still for a moment. When I hear new news, I look up 10 related news articles and don’t feel satisfied until I understand everything. When there is a trendy place or a new product, I have to see it with my own eyes and try it out before I can feel at ease. This proactive mindset carries over into my studies and work, and I have always been known as a curious child who creates work for myself. My activities in the choir since high school seem to be an extension of this. I had to go to church every Sunday, and I needed something more to motivate me, so when I saw an announcement recruiting additional members for a children’s volunteer group, I decided to join the choir. To be honest, I wasn’t very good at singing, but I was attracted by the idea of volunteering for children, so I joined the choir. I’m not sure if my singing skills are up to par yet, but once I decide to do something, I stick with it, and I’ve been singing in the choir and volunteering for a long time, so I think this is an example of how curiosity has made me more diligent.

Of course, it feels better to meet someone who is cheerful and positive than someone who is not, but I also think that smiles and happiness are contagious. That is why I strive to be a positive icon and a person who makes others feel good when they meet me. Of course, everyone has different personalities and tendencies, and in my case, I think I am naturally lucky and have been born with these tendencies, but I also believe that change is possible to a certain extent through effort, so I always want to be around people who spread good energy, and I am determined to become that kind of person myself.

I believe that corporate life begins and ends with teamwork. In my school days, whether it was club activities or choir, if anyone tried to stand out or avoid losing, it immediately led to discord, and we couldn’t achieve the desired results. Although it was a small organization, when each member did their best in their respective roles, fulfilled their responsibilities as a team, and strengthened the influence of their leaders, we were able to achieve our goals. Through this experience, I came to believe that this is what social life and a company organization are all about. Although I have no experience in business, I believe that this process taught me the basic attitude of how people working together toward a common goal should integrate and harmonize with each other.

In that sense, I believe that sales support is a department that plays the most important role.
Through continuous part-time work at research, advertising, and marketing companies during my school days, I recognized the necessity of consumer research, and once I understood that necessity, I immediately prepared for and obtained qualifications such as ○○○ and ○○○. I believe that this preparation will be useful when collecting meaningful data and creating evidence.
