What experiences should you emphasize in your financial self-introduction letter?

In this blog post, we will show you how to include key experiences that will appeal to financial positions, such as numerical sense, thoroughness, and problem-solving skills.

Growth

A tidy house makes for a clear head. This is my mother’s belief, who used to do a big clean every weekend. It was also her philosophy that she repeated to me whenever I made a mess in my room as a child while helping her clean. My mother’s philosophy that cleaning efficiently and neatly, without going back and forth, allows you to clear your mind of unnecessary thoughts and think more smoothly, sounded like nonsense to me at the time, but as I grew older, I came to understand it deeply. For humans, who rely on visual effects, the neatness of the surrounding environment leads to a clear mind.
After understanding my mother’s philosophy, I also developed a love for cleaning and organizing. I was often told that I was quite dexterous for a boy. I would neatly fold my clothes and socks wherever I went, and I would even tidy up my bed and clean the floor, which made me popular with adults. I also sought to make a neat impression on others, so from an early age, I learned to iron from my mother and made sure my shirts and pants were wrinkle-free. My “neatness” became a keyword that permeated not only the cleanliness of my surroundings but also my entire life. A neat place is filled with neat thoughts, and a neat impression makes people like you. Neatness has the effect of preventing any negative comments. As a child, I used to be annoyed by my mother’s neatness, which made her call the whole family together every Sunday to clean the house, but I grew up and became an adult who naturally applies my mother’s cleaning theory to my own life.

School days

I was never elected president or head of any important club, but I was always the class cleaning captain, leading the other boys who weren’t very good at cleaning and making sure the classroom was spotless. My teachers trusted me implicitly because the area I was responsible for was cleaner than any other in the school. Like me when I was young, the other children complained about having to work so hard, asking, “Do we really need to be so neat?” However, once a place was cleaned and polished, even the slightest speck of dirt would stand out, so even though they complained, the children gradually became accustomed to the cleanliness of the space I had created.
It is a very personal hobby, but I remember when I was in school, whenever I felt stressed, I would go to the supermarket and spend a long time looking at cleaning tools and newly developed cleaning products. I would imagine the dust in my head being swept away as I touched the broom, or the sticky residue of my thoughts being melted away, and I would be able to let go of the small worries and pressures of life. It wasn’t a hobby that anyone else would understand, but I realized early on that I had a unique way of solving problems that was different from other children. It could be said that my mother’s efforts to get me used to cleaning when I was young was an intensive training process to replace the cleanliness of my everyday space with images in my mind. This method of replacing the properties of objects with images in my mind unconsciously provided me with the driving force to come up with ideas more smoothly than other children by instilling knowledge through the visualization of various objects. This is still useful knowledge that I use whenever I come up with new ideas or study something new.

Personality

I tend to judge people’s personalities based on their cleanliness and how they handle things. I think that people who pile things up or can’t clean up their surroundings are not just messy, but also unable to organize their space efficiently. The inability to clearly distinguish between what is necessary and what is not usually affects human relationships, and I believe that a person’s sincerity can be gauged by their level of cleanliness, which requires regular attention and maintenance. With this belief in mind, I always strive to be fully prepared when it comes to issues related to the cleanliness of my surroundings and appearance.
It may be considered a prejudice, but I believe that people are visual creatures, and how they maintain their surroundings is an important reflection of their subconscious. The qualities that make people trust others are their perseverance in keeping their surroundings tidy, their efficiency in distinguishing between necessary and unnecessary items, and their ability to keep their minds as clear as their rooms.

Life philosophy

I believe that the human mind is like a computer in that it stores a large amount of memory. Just as a computer that has not been formatted or had its programs organized will eventually become slow and sluggish, the human mind also needs to be organized on a regular basis. However, most people only get annoyed by the slow speed of their computers or try to organize their programs, but leave their minds in a messy state. Perhaps this is because the human brain and mind are not visible in a tangible form, so we tend to put them off.
However, I believe that image training is even more important for humans, who are so influenced by what we see. If something is invisible, we need to associate it with something visible in order to recognize its distinct existence. An example of this is trying to get rid of unnecessary information in your head by imagining yourself throwing away unnecessary trash. This is a skill that I have found useful when trying to memorize complex data, formulas, and knowledge, and it has also been very helpful in efficiently recognizing and remembering abstract concepts that are not easily recognized in my mind. When memorizing something, repeating it out loud is similar to writing it down repeatedly to commit it to memory. By combining the image of “writing” used when recording something with the knowledge you want to memorize and repeating it as an actual action, the information will eventually be stored in your mind as if you had actually written it down. This is a principle that I apply to most areas of my life.

Reason for applying

I like clear systems that are visible and distinct, like a clean room, and your company’s work style has a clear and distinct division that fascinates me, which is why I applied. I prefer fields where my responsibilities are clearly defined, and your company’s size and business model give me a sense of trust and direction.

Aspirations after joining

I will work hard to adapt to my new job as quickly as possible and demonstrate my ability to carry out my duties without any mistakes. I believe that the best way to earn trust is not through words, but through clear results. As the saying goes, “A picture is worth a thousand words,” I promise to prove my abilities through my work.
