Growing up

My father, who worked as a public servant all his life, was a public servant to the bone. In my childhood, I actually found his principledness frustrating and even rebelled a bit, but looking back, I think that my father, who worked hard and honestly as a person who earned the salary of the country, was admirable and his frustrating principledness was sometimes applied to us, which was difficult, but because he had such a standard, I think he was able to do well until the end of his public service life without shame. I also think that the effectiveness of my father’s education by example was reflected in the way I and my siblings lived our lives, making us reliable partners whenever and wherever we went to work or team up.

 

School days

It was my father’s insistence that we wake up early every day and have breakfast together as a family, and it became a family tradition. As a result, I was never late for school even once during my entire academic career. I think this attitude of moving and preparing first is hard until it becomes a habit, but once it becomes a habit, it becomes a great advantage. Tardiness is actually a habit, so I think it becomes a weakness that people who are tardy once become desensitized to tardiness the next time. Because I had this habit, I had a strong image of a model student with a regular life among my friends, and I remember that my friends were particularly fond of me and took care of me a lot.

 

Personality strengths and weaknesses

I am very focused and persistent. Once I start studying, I never do anything else or get lazy until I reach my goal, and even when I do other things, once I concentrate, my mother says that I sometimes look down on her because I don’t know what’s going on around me and just do what I have to do. I have been in charge of sales at ○○ Pharmaceuticals since 20○○. The pharmacists and hospital directors in the areas I manage have given me good marks for my sincerity and steadiness, and based on these relationships, I was able to achieve small results for the company’s strategic products despite the limitations of the brand. In fact, it was difficult to create new customers in the early days because it is a market where the liking or disliking of a product brand is highly influenced by awareness, and it was an uphill battle to get even a single meeting appointment despite product introductions. However, with a very consistent attitude, I visited the same day and time every week to introduce new products, building awareness and trust in me.
