What is the most important thing in a self-introduction letter for a hospital administrative position?

In this blog post, we will look at the key elements that must be included in a self-introduction letter when applying for a hospital administrative position and the skills that should be emphasized.

Growth

“Why does everyone procrastinate on health issues even though they say that procrastination is bad?” This is a question I always wondered about when I was a child. Adults always told me that it was bad to procrastinate on homework or other tasks, but strangely, when it came to health, they would wait until minor pains accumulated or became unbearable before finally going to the hospital. Taking care of your body is a delicate matter that requires constant monitoring, so I wondered why everyone procrastinated until the last minute and then said, “I didn’t know it would be like this.” My parents made sure I had regular health checkups from an early age, so I was just curious.
One of my relatives said, “I feel like I’ll get sick if I go to the hospital.” However, it’s only a matter of discovering illnesses that you didn’t know you had, and they don’t suddenly appear the moment you go to the hospital for a checkup. Still, there were many children and adults around me who were strangely averse to hospitals. If you let your illness get worse and end up being hospitalized, it will inevitably cost a lot of money and effort. My parents were very conscious about insurance and regular health checkups, and they emphasized the importance of regular maintenance in life rather than rushing to do everything at once. Just as daily chores such as washing dishes and doing laundry become a huge task when done all at once, even small tasks in everyday life will inevitably snowball if you try to do them all at once. Having experienced putting off my summer vacation homework, I understood what my parents meant, and I took their advice to heart, realizing that careful checking is always necessary to avoid creating twists and turns and burdens in life.

School days

I was always confident during the regular physical examinations at school. My friends were often excited and afraid because they did not know their growth levels, had hidden medical conditions or symptoms, or did not know even minor indicators such as how many cavities they had or their height and weight. However, I was able to understand my physical abilities to a certain extent thanks to my parents’ careful management. Children tend to judge their physical size based on superficial factors such as height and weight, but from an early age, my parents taught me that even if two people weigh the same, their body composition can vary greatly depending on the distribution of muscle and fat.
Thanks to this, I never had any health problems or cavities, and I was always told that I was very healthy, so I was always confident when it came to physical exams. When I saw my friends frantically brushing their teeth or trying to lose weight in an attempt to prepare for the annual physical exam, I saw the different sides of children who were rushing around, burdened by the weight they had placed on themselves. It was also interesting to see the difference between children who stood confidently in front of the school nurse and those who were very intimidated and couldn’t bring themselves to step forward, depending on how much effort they had put into taking care of their bodies. I felt that physical examinations, like tests, are another standard that clearly ranks children, because everyone gets along well when they are all similar, but when it comes to tests, they are lined up in order of their abilities.

Strengths and weaknesses

I am the type of person who regularly and thoroughly checks myself to see if I am making mistakes or going in the wrong direction due to my enthusiasm. Just as people often stray from the path when walking with their eyes closed, I believe that I am moving straight toward my goals, but I know from experience that this is not always the case. In addition, I am not ashamed to objectively reevaluate myself based on the eyes of others or social standards. Rather, I strive to walk with confidence, even if others judge me by their own standards. This is because I believe that if you have truly lived a righteous life, you should always be proud of yourself, no matter who you are.
Some people say that you should not be swayed by the standards of others and believe in your own independent will, but I believe that in order to confirm that your will is firmly grounded, you must have inner strength that will not waver even if you are constantly reevaluated and judged by others. This is because I believe that believing that you are following your own path while avoiding any interference or attention from others is a passive attitude that only serves to increase your defenses.

Life philosophy

If you can’t avoid it, enjoy it. In life, we don’t just experience a series of happy moments; we often encounter situations that we really dislike and find painful, but we have no choice but to endure them. Just as we need to eat a nutritionally balanced diet that includes not only sweet foods but also salty, sour, and bitter foods, we must learn to enjoy a variety of flavors. As the saying goes, “Patience is a virtue,” and the sweetness that comes as a reward for hardship can be even more appealing.
We should not accept such crises as something inevitable, like a cycle that repeats itself endlessly in life, but rather recognize them as a stage in the process of refining ourselves and strengthening our resolve to withstand the trials and tribulations of the world. If mental suffering is added to physical pain, we will waste much of our lives wishing that time would just pass quickly. . If we cannot escape from certain parts of life and must endure them repeatedly, I believe that trying to enjoy them as much as possible and preventing them from being wasted is also a way to enjoy life.

Motivation for applying and aspirations after joining the company

Influenced by my parents, who always emphasized the importance of not rushing through life and taking good care of one’s health, I have been interested in regular health checkups since I was a child. I also learned that there are many people who are afraid of going to the hospital and are reluctant to find out if they have any illnesses. It was because of the behavior of such people that I became interested in your company’s work from a young age and was motivated to contribute to a world where everyone considers regular health checkups and care to be a virtue.
What I decided when I became interested in your company’s work as a child was not just to raise awareness of the need for regular checkups and health management among my friends and acquaintances, but to encourage the entire population to be sufficiently alert and prepared. This is because I have always been aware of the need for this to be a widespread practice rather than something that only a few people should share as a privilege or special trait. I hope to achieve this goal together with your company.
