Background
I was left with my grandmother right after I was born and spent my childhood with her. My mother gave birth to me while she was ill, so my parents were worried that I would get sick because of my weak immune system. It was a difficult decision for them, but they decided to leave me with my grandmother. When I got a little older, I went to live with my parents, and through this experience, I became even more grateful to them. When I was young and ignorant, I used to avoid my parents when they came to visit, thinking that they hated me. I think I behaved that way because I didn’t realize that my mother didn’t give up on me even though she was ill, and that I was able to be born into this world because of her. When my grandmother told me that my mother had risked her life to give birth to me, I cried a lot. Now, my family is healthy and living in harmony. Perhaps because my mother was sick, I am very interested in health. That is why I started exercising when I was young. Climbing mountains and playing badminton with my mother and father helped bring our family closer together and had a big impact on building my physical strength to the point where I was able to compete in local badminton competitions. Currently, I enjoy swimming. With my strong physical strength, I will do my best to perform my duties at your company.
School days
I wanted to enter society quickly, so I chose a specialized high school instead of a general high school. I believe that my high school life helped me become who I am today. During high school, I lived in a dormitory. I believe that I was able to get through the difficult high school years by relying on my roommates. We talked about our dreams, gave each other advice, and had a fun time as young adults. My school was famous for its festivals. Since it was in a rural area, the festivals were organized so that local residents could enjoy them as well, and as a member of the broadcasting club, I was assigned to emcee each event when I was in my second year of high school. It was more nerve-wracking than I had expected to emcee in front of the entire student body and guests, so I prepared very thoroughly. Despite my efforts, I was so flustered that I couldn’t even remember the first part of the program. I made sure to check the script and the order of events, but I still made mistakes. As time passed, I began to relax a little and was able to enjoy the festival while emceeing. I feel like I discovered a new side of myself that day. It was a talent show for the local residents, and I was surprised at myself for being able to ad-lib without a script. My friends were worried that I would freeze up because I was so nervous at first, but as time went on, they praised me for my emceeing. Through my high school experience, I believe I was able to rediscover my lively side. I believe this will serve as a foundation for me to demonstrate my abilities in managing your company’s members.
Strengths and weaknesses
I have a well-rounded personality and get along well with others. I have never had a fight or conflict with anyone. I try not to create conflicts. I am also a careful observer, which allows me to understand the personalities of those around me. That is why I think I am good at forming relationships with people. Every morning, I meditate to control myself and remind myself that I should not rush, and I am working to correct my shortcomings by taking a more relaxed approach. I have experience working at a call center for ○○ Computer. It was a place where I received many inquiries about computer repairs and other questions. In order to provide customers with as much information as possible, I made an effort to first familiarize myself with the company’s work manual, and based on that, I was able to acquire basic knowledge about computers and become an expert. As a result, I was able to provide professional consultation and resolve most repair requests without even recording them. Since I was responding to customers over the phone, I made sure to be extra friendly. This is because misunderstandings can arise when you cannot see the other person’s face.
I have experience managing members as a consultation team leader at XX Academy. As it is a specialized academy for students preparing for entrance exams, I worked diligently to learn about entrance exam information. This is because I believe that providing accurate information and figures is essential to gaining the trust of parents and students.
