When I was eight years old, I loved going to the arcade on my way home from school, so I started stealing money from my mother’s purse. One day, my father, who was an army officer, and my mother, who was an elementary school teacher, quietly called me aside. They told me that they knew I had been stealing money and that they had been waiting for me to tell them the truth. They told me that if I wasn’t honest, I would never be happy as an adult. When I was working at a bicycle shop in Canada, the foreign owner, who didn’t trust other people very much, trusted me and appointed me as manager because of the “honesty” that my parents had instilled in me when I was in elementary school.
I had to return to my country because I graduated from school, and the owner asked me to hire three people to replace me. I had worked there for about a year and had grown fond of the place, so I received 30 applications over a period of two weeks, interviewed the applicants, selected the three most trustworthy and capable people, and trained them for about a month. It has been nine months since I returned to Japan, and I am still in contact with the owner, who always thanks me for selecting such good employees. After joining ○○○, I will continue to expand the customer base and increase profits through my optimistic and reliable sales activities.
Strengths and weaknesses
The best aspects of my personality are that I always strive to be honest and optimistic, and I try to overcome any difficult situation. I am not satisfied with the present and constantly seek new challenges. After returning to the United States, as I readjusted to college life, I decided that I needed to work harder not only in my studies but also for myself. In XX 20XX, I decided to participate in MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) certification training offered by my school. I attended three hours of classes every day after school for a month, reviewed for two hours after class, and went to the library to study for my major. As a result, I was able to obtain MOS certification and received my first and only general scholarship for my major with a grade of 4.2/4.5 during my college career.
My weakness is that I am easily distracted and tend to miss important things when I am paying attention to other things. To overcome this, I always make a list of things to do and organize them in order so that I don’t miss anything.
My specialty is singing, and I have participated in several small competitions, so I am an outgoing person who does not get nervous in front of many people. I believe that my outgoing personality will be a great help in harmonizing with the existing members of Silicon File. I am confident that my outgoing personality will play a very positive role in appealing the value and advantages of Silicon File’s quality to various customers and business partners.

I believe that laying a solid foundation is important for building a sturdy house. A magnificent pillar built on a shaky foundation is like a rocking stone. I will start with sales, which is the lifeblood of a company, and build a solid foundation. I would like to introduce and sell ○○○’s world-class CIS and semiconductor quality to the Korea and global markets. There is nothing more valuable than a salesperson who is confident and trustworthy, like a salesperson who sells good products. Desired job and future goals
As the saying goes, “A book thief is not a thief,” I will become a thief who steals books by encountering them in the field. Of course, as work does not become mastered and familiar overnight, I will be a new employee who steals the know-how of my seniors with patience and perseverance as a beginner. Through continuous self-improvement and effort, I will strive to impress both internal and external customers. I also believe that sales is a professional job that requires a thorough professional spirit.
