I have a caring heart that can warm others like a heater. I used to learn dance sports when I was in school. Since dance sports is a sport where the most important thing is to be in sync with your partner, I naturally spent a lot of time with my partner. During this process, I developed the habit of remembering and caring about the small features of my partner. This experience led me to be recognized as a caring person.
On the other hand, behind this caring and warmth, I have the judgment to be as cold as an air conditioner. When I was working on a project at school, a small group of people had poor attendance, which lowered the overall morale of the team, so as a senior, I turned the team around with some stinging advice.
I will be a ○○ person who provides warm services to customers like an air conditioner that blows away the heat in summer and a heater that melts frozen hands and feet in winter.

I was fascinated by the quote, “It is the customer who decides what a company is, what it produces, and whether it will prosper,” and applied to the business administration department to manage a company for customers. In order to grow as a salesperson with direct contact with customers, I took classes on consumer and economic issues. Among them, a major course called “Consumer Behavior” shocked me. I realized that small things, such as advertising models that are easily accessible to consumers and the background music in stores, influence consumer attitudes.
Salespeople who communicate with customers at the point of contact will have a greater influence on their attitudes before selling products. Therefore, I will continue to analyze the needs of customers through my major knowledge and strive to become a salesperson who sells faith and trust.

“The nickname I got at the age of 21, ○Boss”
“How much octopus do you want?” is something I heard every day while running a restaurant with my mother for a year before enlisting in the military. I was nicknamed “Mr. ○” by the people around me because I was in charge of everything from managing the staff and part-timers to serving customers. I distributed more than 3,000 flyers on foot to promote the restaurant, and I worked hard to keep customers happy by running a Facebook page, and by improving the taste of the food and the interior, I was able to double the sales in two months. I still have regular customers who remember me and come back to the store even though I don’t get out much anymore. Although I was young, I was able to gain various social experiences early on and learned about leadership and independence, the pride and value of hard work, and the spirit of customer service.

“Have you seen the male members of the Women’s Guild?”
After I was discharged from the army, I started working for an apartment association. My duties varied from licensing apartment advertisements to children’s kanji classes, to the point where I was later called a lieutenant. At first, I thought that in order to change the minds of the women’s association members, who thought I was just a part-time worker who had to spend time with them, I needed to get closer to them through empathy. In order to build empathy with women my mother’s age, I joined them in discussing various topics such as morning dramas, children’s education, and husbands, and later became as close as a mother-in-law and son-in-law.
With the support of the women members, I was able to extend my part-time job, which was supposed to end with a one-month term, and I had the experience of participating in the women’s association athletic meet and bazaar as the first male member in the history of the 12th unit. My friendliness and ability to lead conversations will serve as a strong sales force to capture the hearts of customers who visit ○○ regardless of Korea or abroad.
Motivation and career aspirations

I have been interested in automobiles since I worked as a repairer at the Ministry of Transportation and learned about trends in the automobile market from magazines and motor shows. My interest shifted to the parts market after discovering the potential for future development at Halla Engineering, which has been steadily pioneering an indispensable field in the finished car market.
○○ has become indispensable in the industry by developing air conditioning and heating systems that serve as the arteries of a vehicle. I believe that any young Korean who is interested in automobiles would want to join the company because of its unlimited potential for development and its emphasis on talent.
After joining the company, I will challenge myself to increase orders for new car models by more than 10% from the previous year by offering competitive prices. First, I will carefully analyze the characteristics of major customers and submit my own sales strategy report within six months. If the report is in line with Halla Engineering’s business strategy and is approved by the management, I will put it into action and make it happen. I will also act as a strong bridge between customers and the company. I will use this as a springboard to become the biggest flower of ○○ in 10 years.
Plans after joining the company

7:30 AM I arrive at work 30 minutes early to read the business newspaper, as broad knowledge is a necessary element for expanding sales power.
8:00 AM The department manager comes to work and says, “Take your time!” and I am encouraged by his indirect praise.
9:00 AM I review the day’s unusual events via High Office and respond to customer complaints via Autoway.
12:00 PM During lunch, the manager tells me that he has a meeting with a client in the afternoon. Afterward, I quickly go into the office to prepare documents.
3:00 PM After signing a contract for an air conditioning & heating system with the ○○ car purchasing department, I am proud to be a ○○ person and believe in the quality of our products once again.
6:00 PM After work, I have dinner with my colleagues to catch up, share information, and prepare for another challenge.
