What personality traits are strong in a generalist role?

In this blog post, we’ll take a look at what personality strengths make you a good fit for a secretarial role and how you can incorporate them into your cover letter.

Growing up

As a child, I was nicknamed “the computer” by my friends because of my good memory and meticulousness. Like a computer, which can catch human errors and help people with precise calculations, I was able to spot loopholes that other children tend to forget and come up with logical and well-reasoned solutions, demonstrating a machine-like precision that leaves little room for human error. This was due to my innate memory and the education of my parents, who always emphasized the proper use of it. My parents always emphasized hands-on learning by example so that my actions were driven by clear evidence and data, not just emotion or heart.
Also, when it comes to memories that people tend to forget or be fooled by, I have a tendency to keep them in my head as precisely as if I were taking a photo of the scene, and when I look back, I would go back in time and review them as carefully as if I were flipping through a photo album, because I always preserve things as they were, rather than adding my own opinions and impressions to them. This was enough to convince those around me that my memory was reliable, and in fact, I would often try to make good use of my ability by offering help to those around me, who sometimes argued over past events, based on the data in my head, because the trust I gained would build up my image and make me more trustworthy, which in turn would win the favor of those around me. The proper use of this ability has been a virtue I have pursued throughout my life.

Academic life

As the memories are still fresh in my mind, I was always striving to make fair and rational judgments. The data I am left with is indeed fair and just, because I, the user, could not have artificially distorted its direction and delivered it to people. It was then that I realized for the first time that no matter how great the underlying medium may be, there are always variables: a sharpened knife is there to do its duty, but its use may be different depending on whether the user is a killer or a chef, and that a unique ability is not only great and valuable in and of itself, but it can also take on a certain meaning depending on how it is used by the person who possesses it.
I realized that it took that kind of attitude to fully utilize the abilities I had been given, and I discovered the joy of being able to help others by using my abilities appropriately, something that was almost impossible to forget once I got it into my head. I’m like a teacher with a picture book of the myriad beings I’ve encountered and lived with in the world, and whenever I have a memory lapse, I flip through the pages to find out what happened and try to teach them myself, taking pride in the fact that I can be of help to someone, and strengthening my resolve to hone and sharpen my abilities even further.

About my personality

You’re a decisive personality, often driven only by hard data or evidence. I believe that if I allow my impulses, subjective judgments of the moment, or my personal feelings to influence my work, I will lack the foundation to properly explain my “rationale” afterwards. I believe that if a person is capable of thinking clearly, he or she should be able to differentiate between what he or she prioritizes in his or her work and what he or she prioritizes in his or her personal life, for the sake of those around him or her. This is because when it comes to work, we often prioritize “what I need to do,” but when we step into our private lives, we prioritize “what I want to do.
This has earned me a reputation as someone who cuts to the chase and sticks to his principles like a knife, which is something that people can sometimes get confused about or try to skirt around, and it’s also something that has allowed me to steadily increase my credibility, as I’ve always been able to weigh my options, take responsibility, and always do what’s best for me, rather than being swayed by someone else’s will or words.

Living credo

Let’s develop our natural talents so that we can contribute to society as a whole. When we listen to or view the work of someone who is naturally gifted in music, or someone who is gifted in art, we often feel comforted, admired, or otherwise elicit an emotional response. Someone’s talent can also function as a driving force to restore, uplift, and enable others to get on with their lives.
When a person with a talent in a particular field is honed to the best of their ability, it can have a positive effect not just on them, but on society as a whole, and this can apply not just to the arts, but to seemingly mundane things like working in a company. This is because when you are at your best as part of a group, you act as the lubricant that makes everyone else’s work run smoothly, keeping everyone on an even keel and moving things forward.

Career opportunities

I applied to the General Affairs Department of ○○ Company and worked there for 3 years, and then moved to ○○ Company for 2 years to gain more experience.

Motivation and post-employment aspirations

As a child, I had an excellent memory, which allowed me to think and judge with precision and make decisions based on rational grounds, and I had a radius of action that allowed me to look at the whole picture and act for the public good rather than acting on my own personal feelings. This motivated me to apply for the job with the idea that I could further optimize my capabilities in your company, which serves as a link to maintain a closely connected corporate system, and I would like to play an active role as a member of your company.
If I become a part of your company, I would like to present a clear picture of a human being who is driven by rational data, always maintaining a clear line of demarcation in my daily life so that my judgment is not impaired by personal emotions. I would also like to strive to be more precise in my work, with a clear memory that is as effective in the private sphere as it is in the public sphere, and with a thoroughness that does not allow me to forget or overlook anything once I am involved.
