Growing up
I’ve always lived a carefree life, always under the protection of my parents since I was a child. The only major event was when I was in high school, I accidentally found out that I was an adopted child. I found out after secretly overhearing my parents talking to each other late at night. When I stepped out to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, I overheard them talking and they told me that I was the child of a friend of my father’s and that he had died in a car accident. I also heard them assuring each other that they considered me their biological child and that they always would. I went into my room, stunned, and couldn’t sleep. Then I thought about my own life, and I remembered my parents, who never neglected me, and I realized that I never felt like they weren’t my parents, and I realized that they loved me very much, and I realized that maybe it didn’t matter that my parents weren’t alive now, that they were already dead, and that I didn’t have to go looking for them. The next morning, I got ready for school and I saw my parents still treating me the same way, and I realized that they were really my parents, and I felt like I had to repay them by living harder and harder, and I became the person I am today. I’ll never change that now, and I’ll never let them know that I know.
School days
I was always a passive kid growing up, probably because I didn’t lack for anything and I didn’t have to step up and do anything to make things happen. But after I found out the secret of my birth in high school, I changed a little bit. I wanted to show my parents that they were doing a great job raising me. I changed my attitude in class, because before, I didn’t care what the teacher said, but once I realized that I had to do well, my attitude changed a lot. I actively answered the teacher’s questions and ran my errands well. I also became interested in my friends’ groups. I was interested in one group of people and watched something, and then I was interested in another group of people and watched something, and then I became very close to my estranged classmates. In the second and third years, I became an officer in my class and in the school, and my teacher was very fond of me and often gave me what I needed. Gradually, my grades went up, and I saw that my parents liked me more than before, so I thought I should do better.
Personality Strengths and Weaknesses
I’m a good laugher, and people have always told me that it’s nice to see me in a good mood. My parents have a lot to do with my ability to laugh. In the past, my mother used to tell me that I was always frowning and not smiling, but I didn’t really care, because I thought it didn’t matter whether I smiled or not, and I was more comfortable living my life the way I wanted to. However, to show my parents that they raised me well, I started to change my attitude one by one. The first thing was to smile. My mother told me that she was happy that I was smiling so often. Since then, I’ve been told that I’m always smiling, and sometimes I look silly, which you might see as a disadvantage. I think that’s what friendliness is all about, and that’s why I always go about my day with a smile on my face. That’s what makes me unique.
Motivation and aspirations
I graduated from college and was preparing to find a job, so I looked at various job sites and thought that this might be a place where I could use my skills, so I applied. Nowadays, there’s not a single person who doesn’t use a cell phone, and even though it’s supposed to be a perfect machine, there will definitely be glitches and defects. I recently dropped my cell phone and broke the liquid crystal, so I took it in for repair, and when I saw the job I was applying for, I thought, “This is it!
I’m probably an inexperienced person who can’t do anything yet, but I’m confident that my passion is second to none. I’m not looking for a job just to make money; I want to do something productive, doing something I’m good at.
