I thought the artists applying makeup to the models looked so cool, so I started gathering information about makeup and learned more about the field. It was difficult to convince my parents, who had always supported me. When I told them that I wanted to become a makeup artist while preparing to enter high school, they were taken aback. However, I was able to convince them by telling them how interested I was in the field and how much effort I was putting into learning about the profession. Instead of entering high school, I enrolled in a specialized high school where I could learn professional makeup skills, and I continued to work hard to achieve my dream.
I believe that makeup is a great way to bring out beauty. Makeup can change a person’s image, so I think it is important to find what suits you best. Internal and external activities
My time at a specialized high school was a valuable experience where I was able to learn not only about makeup but also about skin care in general. I was also in the school theater club, where I was in charge of makeup. I felt that my skills improved as I analyzed the script and thought about what kind of makeup to use to bring out the characters’ images. Once a year, high school and college students interested in makeup participate in the XX Contest. I participated in this contest and received high praise from Professor XX, who was a member of the judging panel. Thanks to this connection, I was able to enroll at XX University, where I studied under Professor XX and gained more professional skills.
I had the opportunity to visit XX, a famous cosmetics company in the United States. Meeting ○○○, a world-renowned makeup artist, rekindled my passion for makeup. Strengths and weaknesses
I think my humorous personality has helped me make friends with many different people.
