However, I thought that even though it was only two hours a week, I had to study hard with my teacher. So, I listened carefully in Chinese class and spent time studying for tests. As a result, not only did I get good grades, but I was also able to easily obtain a Chinese language certificate based on my hard work. This led me to get a part-time job as a Chinese interpreter in college, which helped me save up for tuition. Through this experience, I realized that there is no such thing as a useless job in this world, and that if you study hard, the time will come when you can use what you have learned. Since that day, I have realized that everyday life makes up our lives, and I have strived to live my life with sincerity.
Experiences and efforts to overcome difficulties

I was in my first year of high school, an age when I was very sensitive and starting to focus on my studies. Then, suddenly, my mother left home. The reason was a conflict with my father. My parents fought a lot, especially over religion, and eventually my mother packed her bags and left. From that day on, my father was like a broken man, staring blankly into space or sighing a lot. My brother and I were caught in the middle and had no idea what to do. Eventually, my brother became depressed and stopped going to school, often staying locked in his room. However, my father was too busy with work to pay any attention to him. In the end, I decided that I had to do something. The first thing I started was cooking. I am ashamed to say that my mother had been responsible for all the housework, so I didn’t even know how to iron my clothes, let alone cook. So, I mustered up the courage to ask my neighbor how to cook rice and make simple side dishes. From that day on, I started preparing meals for my family. Everyone was surprised to see me cooking, but I believed that the meal was the most important part of the day, so I continued to prepare meals for my family. Then, as we gathered around the table, I started a conversation to break the silence. Gradually, my family members opened up, and even my father started talking. As a result, our family became stronger, and eventually, my father called my mother. This experience was unforgettable, as I not only suffered physically for a year, but also emotionally. However, I realized that once you start talking, things start to get better, and that you have to start with small things to achieve that.
School life
“A person who doesn’t neglect either studying or relationships”
I wanted to have a variety of experiences when I entered university. However, what I wanted to do most was to make friends. I attended junior high school and high school under the same foundation since elementary school. Therefore, except for a few friends who transferred in midway, I had known all my friends since elementary school. Of course, just because I knew them well, it didn’t mean that they would grow up with the same personalities, but I still wanted to go to a different world and meet more diverse people. I also wanted to learn a wide range of subjects. So, I decided that I needed to focus on both my studies and my relationships. That’s why I chose to join clubs. I joined the science club and the marine sports club. Through various experiments and challenges, I was able to build a foundation of knowledge and get more practice, and I was able to meet many seniors who were studying various subjects, which allowed me to learn about new fields and study them in greater depth. In addition, through the marine sports club, I was able to enjoy sports while doing physical activities and become friends with cheerful people who enjoy sports, allowing me to meet people from all walks of life and experience various situations. I studied diligently so as not to miss out on either, and I also played hard when I played. As a result, I was able to get good grades, and I was able to lead my juniors and build friendships with my seniors as the president of both clubs.

First of all, I really wanted to work at Samsung, a leader in Korean industry. Samsung ranks first in all fields, has overwhelmingly advanced technology, and has built a large business network. I was also very impressed by Samsung’s corporate culture, which rewards employees based on their performance. I had an ambition to be part of the Samsung myth, which is one of the most rapidly growing companies expanding globally. That is why I chose Samsung and applied for a position as a new employee in the marine bio division, which best suits my major. I heard that Samsung looks for initiative first. When I was young, I had to overcome difficulties at home, and when I was in college, I was responsible for all my living expenses and tuition. I have done every kind of part-time job, and I studied hard to get scholarships to pay for my tuition. Despite being a woman, I have the physical strength, ambition, and courage to enjoy various water sports. Amidst the depletion of many energy resources, the marine bio industry is a field that has emerged as a possible alternative. As a new industry that combines IT technology with the marine industry, it is constantly developing and exploring its potential as a practical resource, from the Aqua Cell electrolysis sterilization system, which produces clean sterilized water by electrolysis of seawater, to seawater ice manufacturing technology, which produces ice from seawater, and technology that enables mobile phones to track the movement and gathering of fish in the sea. I believe that my field and my expertise can save lives. With many energy resources facing depletion, the ocean, which is still a treasure trove of possibilities, is an area that needs to be studied in depth and developed further. If I am given the opportunity to become a new employee of Samsung’s marine bio industry, I will work diligently and develop myself to the best of my ability, based on the fact that I have a great sense of responsibility.
